  • Total Delivery Window: Your total estimated delivery time combines both the processing window (2–4 business days) and the transit window (7–12 business days). Please note that these timelines are estimates. While we do our best to meet them, unexpected postal carrier delays or severe weather conditions may occasionally extend delivery times slightly.

  • Price Transparency: The total amount you pay at our checkout screen is final. You will not be subject to any unexpected local customs charges or delivery fees upon the arrival of your package.

5. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are entirely responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete shipping details at the time of checkout.

  • Failed Deliveries: If a parcel is returned to our logistics hub due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or a consistent failure to collect the package after local courier attempts, the customer will be responsible for any subsequent reshipping costs to clear and dispatch the package a second time.
