  • Inspection: Items showing clear signs of cosmetic wear, outdoor use, washing, distinct odors, or missing tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

  • Hygiene & Safety: Certain footwear items, insoles, or personal apparel that have been worn or used outdoors cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.

  • Clearance: Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or part of an official clearance event are not eligible for standard returns unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • Step 2: Complete one authorization form per product you wish to return.

  • Step 4: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and mail it back to us using a reliable, tracked courier service.

4. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering the direct shipping costs for returning an item, unless the product received was physically faulty, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Tracking Requirement: We strongly advise and require using a tracked shipping service for your return. Sovereign Outlet and Outlet Digital LLC cannot be held liable or responsible for return parcels that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit by the postal service.

5. Exchanges & Refund Processing

  • Exchanges: Product exchanges are strictly subject to real-time stock availability. If your requested size or alternative item is out of stock, we will automatically issue a full financial refund instead.

  • Refund Timeline: Once your returned item is safely received, inspected, and approved by our warehouse team, your refund will be automatically processed. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
