1. Cancellation Window & Eligibility

  • Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: We accept order cancellation requests strictly before the package has been processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center. If your order is successfully canceled within this early window, a full financial refund will be issued back to your original payment method immediately.

  • Post-Dispatch Policy: Once an order has been physically packed, labeled, and handed over to our international or domestic shipping carriers (such as Royal Mail, Evri, or Yodel), cancellation is no longer possible.

2. What to Do If Your Order Has Shipped

  • If your package has already been dispatched and tracking is active, you cannot halt the shipment.

  • To receive a refund in this scenario, you must wait for the parcel to arrive safely at your delivery address and then initiate a standard return request in full compliance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Please note that in accordance with our terms, the customer remains responsible for covering any return shipping costs back to our authorized facility for mind-changing returns.
