Arrival Inspection: All returned products must arrive at our authorized returns facility and undergo a full physical inspection by our quality control team before a refund is issued.

Condition Check: Refunds are officially approved only if the returned item meets all criteria outlined in our standard Return Policy (unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact).

Rejected Returns: Items that fail to meet these protective requirements will not be approved for a refund. In such cases, the items will be safely returned to the customer's shipping address at their expense.
2. Refund Method & Financial Scope

Original Payment Method: Approved refunds are strictly issued back to the exact payment method used during the initial purchase (such as credit card, debit card, or authorized digital wallets like PayPal). We cannot issue refunds to alternative bank accounts or different cards for security and anti-fraud purposes.

Shipping Fee Policy: Original standard shipping fees (if applicable for priority upgrades requested at checkout) are non-refundable, unless the item delivered to you was physically defective, broken, or incorrect.
3. Financial Processing Timelines

Processing Window: Once our warehouse team inspects and officially approves your return, the refund is initiated in our system immediately. The funds are typically processed and released from our account within 5 to 7 business days.

Banking Clearance: Please note that additional processing time may be required by your individual bank or credit card provider for the credited amount to reflect on your official monthly statement. This standard banking clearance window is outside our direct control.
